Cancellation & Stay Modification Policy

At Unleashed Pet Services, we strive to provide the best care for your pets. To ensure our operations run smoothly and fairly for all clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to reservations.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: No penalty. Deposits, if applicable, will be refunded or credited toward future services.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: The full cost of the reservation will be charged.

2. Stay Modification Policy

• Changes to stay length with 24+ hours’ notice: Adjustments can be made without penalty.

• Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refunds or credits will be issued for early checkouts or reduced stays. The full cost of the original reservation will apply.

3. Emergencies

We understand that emergencies may arise. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for verifiable emergencies.

4. Agreement

By booking with Unleashed Pet Services, you agree to this policy. No cancellations or changes will be accepted outside the terms outlined above.
