Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you ever find yourself in a position where you need to cancel your booking or services, please be aware of these guidelines, and let us know as soon as possible.
Boarding Cancellation Policy:
We ask for no less than 24 hours notice for any cancellation. This includes holidays & sickness. This ensures we can offer slots to those who need them and run our operation smoothly.
If a 24 hour's notice is given, no charges will be due. If you wish to cancel a slot you can do so by calling, emailing, or texting us on 319-230-1994.
Dog Walking / Pet Sitting Cancellation Policy:
Permanent slots:
If permanent days for walks or visits are booked each week continuously, you will be paying for the permanent slot whether it is used or not. Any cancellations will be at your discretion and will still be chargeable. A maximum of 12 working days can be canceled for a holiday, anything over 12 days will be charged at a half rate to keep your slot.
I do not offer term time only permanent slots.
Non-Permanent slots
Infrequent (when needed) walks or pet visits require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellation, less than this will still be chargeable. You will not hold a permanent slot and walks will vary each month.
