Check In/Out Policy

Check in/Check out:

When bringing your pet(s) to stay with us, we ask that you pick up and/or drop off at the following times:

 

Mornings: Between 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

Evenings: Between 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

 

These times are available 7 days a week, except on certain holidays and designated blackout dates.

Having set arrival and departure times allows us to ensure our suites are thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next guests.

 

Drop-off/Pick-up Restrictions

1. Peak Time Frames:

• From November 15 to January 1 and May 16 to September 30, Unleashed Pet Services has a 2 night minimum stay.

• During these peak times, the demand for kennel services is higher, and the 2-night minimum allows us to better manage, staffing, resources, and scheduling, ultimately helping us keep the quality of care our priority.  We appreciate your understanding as we balance the needs of both our clients and the business to offer the best experience.   

1. Holidays and Certain Days:

• Certain holidays and other specific days throughout the year may not have pickup or drop-off hours available.

• When booking dates/times, our system will notify you if the selected date has restrictions or is unavailable.

Clients are encouraged to schedule drop-offs and pick-ups on other days to ensure availability and smooth operations.

 

Emergencies/Exceptions

 

We understand that emergencies can arise, and you may need to adjust your pickup or drop-off days or times. We will do our best to accommodate these changes and ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.

 

In such cases, we have a limited number of emergency crates (large 54-inch) available for overflow if pickups are delayed and no kennels are open. These crates are reserved for emergencies only.
