Check In/Out Policy
Unleashed Pet Services seeks to have a clean, healthy and fun stay with us while you are away. With that in mind we have created a check in and check out procedure:
Check in/Check out:
When bringing your pet(s) to stay with us we ask that you only pick up and/or drop off at the following times:
Mornings: Between 8:00am to 9:30am.
Evenings: Between 4:00pm to 5:30pm.
The above times for check in and out times are available 7 days a week.
Having set times for arrival/departure allows us to ensure our suites are clean and ready for our next guests.
Emergencies/Exceptions:
We understand that sometimes emergencies come up and pick up days or times might need to be adjusted. We will work with you as much as possible and ask that you give us as much notice as possible. All exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis when no other options are available.
In light of emergency situations that may come up, we do keep emergency crates (large 54 inch) for overflow if pickups need to be pushed out further and we have no available kennels. These are only for emergency situations and there are only a limited number available.
